Driving better results starts with going back to the future.  While most advisory firms focus only on the short term and the 'Annual Review', Convergence looks at where you want to be in 2, 3, 5 years and beyond to inform the decisions to get you there.

 

We follow a proven process and methodology with every client that allows us to create a long term plan (3 to 5 years) that is attainable and sustainable into the future.  This proven approach consists of core phases that we revisit every year for constant improvement and refinement.

Assessment and Planning

Assessment and Planning is the process concerned with understanding your current bespoke environment, resources, and long term business goals, and aligning those elements to a mutually designed roadmap that will achieve the defined results.

Strategy and Execution

Strategy is the plan of action we develop together that will outline the steps we'll take along the way, with predefined benchmarks and metrics to gauge progress.  Execution is the daily, weekly and ongoing action we take to drive toward our objectives.

Results

Results are the outcome off all our combined efforts, and are measured against defined 'success metrics' that we established in the Planning phase.  At Convergence, we don't just measure results at the end of every year - we measure them every day.
